Kid’s Cafe Program The Kids’ Cafe program provides warm and nutritious meals to children in Laredo at twelve (12) locations. Food Stamp Outreach Program Food Stamps serve as our nation’s first line of defense against hunger, and provide crucial support to needy households and to those making the transition from welfare to work.
